I have worked extensively in both field and studio production environments in the following roles: PA, Grip, Key Grip, Dolly Grip, field and studio Audio Tech, Teleprompter Operator, Camera Operator, and Director of Photography.
In the studio I am deeply familiar with operating and maintaining a Tricaster as well as operating a Grass Valley kayak production switcher. Additionally I have worked extensively with various routers, scalars, and converters to mix in computers and medical devices into broadcast environments. All of this experience has made me very adept at problem solving and troubleshooting video and signal flow issues.

Living Will won Atom Films Short Films Award at the Seattle International Film Festival.
I am proficient with Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere. I have completed the 911 Media Arts course on Avid Media Composer and have direct Avid training with Newscutter.
I also use and am very familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and Encore plus Apple Compressor and DVD Studio Pro.
Teleconferencing / Web Streaming:
My experience covers teleconferencing systems from Life-size and Polycom. I have bridged many web conferencing systems into broadcast environments including Lync, Skype, Scopia, and WeEx..
I am both Mac and Windows friendly. My preference is to work on with Macs and I have much experience managing Macs in production environments. I also have deep experience building and maintaining custom PCs. I was an Avid certified systems integrator for the older Avid products. I also have experience building and integrating SANs as well as the networking skills needed to accomplish this.
I have worked on videos for many small to large businesses including: Microsoft, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Burger King, McDonalds,Campfire USA, Virginia V Foundation, Center for Wooden Boats, Shoreline Community College, Whidbey Island Arts Council, Seattle Atheists, and many more.
